From time to time we need a neutral space to explore our thoughts and feelings. I offer a non-judgemental and confidential environment where we can work together to navigate life's challenges.

We can schedule weekly or fortnightly sessions to explore whatever your issue, concern or distress may be.

We are all deserving of meaningful connection. To heal or overcome emotional distress, a comforting connection can make a difference and build resilience.
We can focus on here and now issues, or look into past events and experiences which impact you now. I am trained as an integrative counsellor which enables me to adapt my approach to suit the unique needs of my client.
I offer empathy, unconditional positive regard and a non-judgemental space to establish trusting relationships where issues can be effectively navigated.
