I work face to face in Brighton and Horley as well as online via Google Meet.
From time to time we need a neutral space to explore our thoughts and feelings. I offer a non-judgemental and confidential environment where we can work together to navigate life's challenges.
I am available to work with children, teens and adults.
Arrange a free 15 minute phone call where we can discuss your issues and what you want from counselling, then see if you feel ready to make a start.
We can schedule weekly or fortnightly sessions to explore whatever your issue, concern or distress may be.
We can arrange a set number of sessions or an open-ended approach to allow you to work at a pace that is comfortable for you.
About me...
We are all deserving of meaningful connection. To heal or overcome emotional distress, a comforting connection can make a difference and build resilience.
We can focus on here and now issues, or look into past events and experiences which impact you now. I am trained as an integrative counsellor which enables me to adapt my approach to suit the unique needs of my client.
I offer empathy, unconditional positive regard and a non-judgemental space to establish trusting relationships where issues can be effectively navigated.
We can utilise tools from Transactional Analysis if appropriate to invite self-awareness and enhance autonomy.

This is a bit of a 'get to know each other' chat. We can look at what your key issues are, what you hope to achieve from counselling, to establish your availability, and crucially - to see if you think I would be the right counsellor for you.
Complete the form below, email me or send me a text with any relevant information and the most suitable time to have our first chat, and I will be in touch as soon as possible.
